Under Internal Storage you will find all your saved videos, these do not require WiFi to access as they are on your phone's hard drive.
You can use the tabs on the left side (Front, Rear, Always, etc.) to narrow down which clips are displayed in case you have many videos saved. You can also make folders by hitting the button on the top right where the green bar is with the plus sign on it. To export these videos to your computer, you have to connect it to the USB port. On Android phones you will need to locate the BlackSys app folder, for iPhones you will find it under iTunes > Apps > File Sharing.
Alternatively you can also eject the micro SD card to transfer files to your computer for uploading.
